Each member's area may be accessed with a username and password for FTP access, used by the "Publish" or "Upload" command of many HTML editors.

To add files to your site, provide ftp.myinsulators.com as the FTP or publishing destination, and enter the user name and password that you have been provided with.

Microsoft FrontPage users have full server side FrontPage support, and don't need to use FTP.

You should provide a page called index.htm or index.html in your top level directory. This will be the default page that is accessed when someone comes to your web site.

Your web site can be accessed at http://www.myinsulators.com/location/ where location is the name that you selected during the sign up process.
