Hunting in Transylvania

At 2004 May my either far cousin married, and my mother and I went to Transylvania to vizit them and go to the married ceremony and party by car. It was a weekend, I had a half day for get some Insulators. I climbed some poles, I got some CD-446s and chip 408s. The party was very good, but I had to go home by train because of my exams... WHEN I CLIMB A POLE, I REMOVE THE WIRE FREE USELESS INSULATORS FOR MY COLLECTION, I DON'T HURT THE LIVING PARTS! I DON'T WANT TO MAKE LOSS AND DAMAGE FOR ANYBODY!! I CLIMB MOSTLY DEAD AND ABANDONED POLES! I CLIMB POLES FOR MY OWN RESPONSIBILITY, I AM ELECTRIC ENGINEER!! Zoltan Drinoczi

Interesting technology with 3 pylons and lot of Insulators... It is a 400 kV line Porcelain suspensions and the weather.. We got big rainstorms on bad roads. It was interesing way on the 'Famous Romainan Roads' with lot of holes. The railway telephone pole with lot of wire free Insulators. I climbed some ones. The wires are steel. Other view. On the pole. On the pole 2. On the pole 3. The finding. It was good hunting :-) Pole for climbing. Simple telephone pole with CD-408s. I am on that pole.   Transylvania, a beautiful area. There run the railway. That area live clean Hungarian speak people include my relatives. The famous Romanian street lighnt. One willage has 2 or 3 this like lamp. There the nights are very dark. No comment. A common 20 kV pole, that is full concrete Interesting construction: Spider Poles, 20 kV An olf 60 kV pole from only concrete, it operates now on 20 kV
