We like go to Serbia visit cheap markets, we know one in Szabadka (Subotica), it is our 2 or 3 monthly trips. It is good to take some photors
from the poles there. I took them from the car, we daren't stop, there some are crasy people who very hate the Hungarians, but in the market the money speaks :-)
Some Serbians don't like the foreign people, also does the policemen, if you are not on a motorway... My peronal advise: Don't go there! "Churchill had right..."
When I go cross the border, I take a time trip, I go back in the time about 50-60 years in the line technology. There the spools are rare,
they like use pin type or Insulators for dead ends. The most of poles are steel, some concrete and some woon ones.
